How will I receive information before my departure?

If we receive information from your destination, indicating that your holiday may be disrupted or cancelled as a result of a crisis, we will naturally inform you as quickly as possible.
How we will inform you will depend on the nature of the crisis situation and your date of departure; you will receive an email via your travel agency or a text message shortly before your departure.
The possibility to change or cancel your booking before your departure free of charge will be determined for each crisis situation separately and depends on various factors.
